We are seeking a dedicated full time Counselor II that wants to help others struggling with chemical dependency. Qualified applicants must be dependable, professional and have a passion for helping others. Develops treatment plans and counsels clients in group and individual settings. Responsible for case management, crisis intervention, client education and maintaining current documentation for each client in case load. Competitive salary and benefits. Must have current LCDC, LPC or LMSW with a minimum of one year experience working in chemical dependency treatment. Must have effective oral and written communication skills, ability to establish effective rapport with clients and able to work flexible hours and be on call as needed. We are seeking a dedicated full time LCDC counselor intern or direct care staff that wants to help others struggling with chemical dependency. Qualified applicants must be dependable, professional and have a passion for helping others. Competitive salary and full time benefits available. Qualified applicants must either have successfully completed 270 classroom hours of approved curricula as an LCDC counselor intern with at least 1000 hours experience and be registered with DSHS, OR have some college hours working toward a degree and knowledge of 12 step programs and support groups (A.A. /N.A.). CI’s can earn additional counselor intern hours while working.
